THRIVE
Helping Roma and Roma-origin youth thrive in the job market
THRIVE is an Erasmus+ KA210-YOU small-scale partnership supporting Roma and Roma-origin youth in developing practical employability skills, digital confidence, and stronger pathways into the job market, while equipping youth workers with tools to guide and mentor them.
Project at a Glance
THRIVE responds to the employment, digital-skills, confidence, and social-inclusion barriers faced by Roma and Roma-origin youth in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Serbia. Through research, practical workshops, youth-worker training, and a multilingual Employability Toolkit, the project aims to strengthen career readiness, mentoring support, and long-term opportunities for social and economic inclusion.
