Project Results

THRIVE produced one integrated multilingual resource package for youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and organisations supporting Roma and Roma-origin youth: the THRIVE Youth Worker Handbook and Employability Toolkit.

The complete publication combines research findings, employability guidance, digital-readiness support, soft-skills development, inclusive youth-work methods, workshop-planning resources, and practical tools. The full Handbook includes all nine annexes, while the individual annex downloads allow users to open, print, or share a specific template without searching through the complete publication.
